Kisima's surgical department handles both minor procedures under local anaesthesia and major surgical interventions in a fully equipped, sterile operative theatre. Pre-operative assessment, intra-operative monitoring, and post-operative ward care are provided within the facility.

Surgical procedures are performed by qualified medical officers and surgeons. All cases are preceded by a formal pre-operative assessment. Post-operative care is managed in the inpatient ward with nursing support around the clock.

Kisima Diagnostic and Treatment Centre is a Level 3A health facility in Ongata Rongai, Kajiado County.
